Federal Realty Investment Trust announced the signing of 16 new tenants
for its mixed-use, main street development, Pentagon Row.  The lifestyle
property located in Arlington, Virginia,  at the intersection of South
Joyce Street and Army Navy Drive will feature over 300,000 sq.ft. of
street level shopping and restaurants beneath more than 500 mid-rise
luxury apartments.  The center will be anchored by a 16,000 sq.ft.
flagship Cost Plus World Market.  Other co-tenants include Ann Taylor
Loft, Chico's, The Bombay Company, and Aveda Lifestyle Store, Spa, and
