Swain & Associates LLC said Scarpa, a ladies' fine shoe boutique, will
join phase II of The Forum, a specialty retail center at 1125 Military
Cutoff Road, Wilmington, NC.  Scarpa was set to open a 1,200 sq.ft.
store in mid-September.  The Forum is an 88,000 sq.ft. retail center
anchored by Milano's Restaurant, NOFO Cafe, and Alltel.  For more
