To the ESPretailinge-mail forum. This is
the forum to learn and discuss the fastest growing
trend in retailing and real estate; Entertainment & Specialty
Projects including downtown redevelopment, tourist retailing,
theme restaurants and more. Ask/answer questions, post
ress releases, list your entertainment property for sale or
lease or news on your company.
It's mostly a dealmaking/networking
forum.
To provide you with some background on who we are, the
following is a brief resume of TKO\Real Estate Advisory
Group, Inc. the company managing this list. First, we
publish the E.S.P. magazine, (Entertainment.Specialty Projects)
a "hard copy" newsletter on entertainment & specialty retailing
and real estate, published 4 time a month. We're also involved
in management and the sale of shopping centers nationwide. If we can ever be of any help
or answer questions, feel free to call us at 609-587-6200.

can become familiar with one another and thereby network
better, which is the purpose of this forum.

2 The procedure for posting is simple.
First, it has to be be on entertainment & specialty
retailing and real estate; including downtowns.
Second, KISS (keep it simple stupid) get to the point
quickly. It
should be no longer then 30 lines and must have an address
and phone number besides your internet address.

Questions - Got a problem, feel free to post a question,

brokerage, development, management, etc, what areas you
specialize in, make sure you include a phone number.
