offering both drive-thru and sit-down, occupy spaces of 2,800 sq.ft. in
freestanding locations.  Plans call for as many as four openings in the
coming 18 months.  Expansion will take place in KS.  Preferred
demographics include a population of 100,000 residing within two miles
with $45,000 as the average income.  Annual sales average $275 psf.  The
company prefers to own, and prefers 28,000 sq.ft. to 32,000 sq.ft. of
property.
