Expensive looks but popular prices at Camille
La Vie

With its color scheme, glass and iron
chandeliers and spacious dressing rooms, Camille La Vie women’s apparel store
gives the appearance of a high-end boutique.
But once the shoppers eye price tags, they realize the goods have popular price
points.
The company most recently held a grand opening at Winter Park Village located in
Orlando, FL. The 8,000 sq.ft. store is located next to a Cargo Kids store and
Joseph A. Bank store. The Winter Park store is the company’s fourth location.
The company also operates a Camille Studio on International Drive in Orlando, as
well as stores in Atlanta, GA and in CO.
Camille La Vie is a chain of women’s apparel stores specializing in career and
sportswear, evening wear and a separate full service bridal salon. The majority
of the lines are exclusively designed and manufactured for its stores. Camille
La Vie stores typically range in size from 6,000 to 12,000 square feet and are
located in upscale lifestyle centers and enclosed malls.
The prices range from $60 for an outfit to $400 for a business suit, while sizes
range from 0 to 16 for suits and 0 to 20 for formal gowns.
The company is exclusively represented by Katz & Associates for their store
expansion nationwide. Katz & Associates assists Camille La Vie with their
strategic planning, market analysis, site selection, pro forma analysis and
lease negotiations.

Stephanie Street Shopping Center located at 523 North Stephanie Street in
Henderson, NV; the Atlanta Forum at Peachstreet located at 5145 Peachtree
Parkway in Norcross, GA; The Shops of Briargate Mall located at 1885 Briargate
Parkway in Colorado Springs, CO; Montgomery Shopping Mall located at 7101
Democracy Boulevard in Bethesda, MD; Belz Designer Outlet Center located at 5223
International Drive in Orlando; Parkway Place located at 2801 Memorial Parkway
in Huntsville, AL; Westfield Shopping Town Independence located at 3500 Oleander
Drive in Wilmington, NC; The Shops at Aspen Grove located at 7301 South Santa Fe
Drive in Littleton, CO and West County Mall located at 80 West County Center in
Des Peres, MO. The company also is planning to open a store at the Chesterfield
Mall located at 270 Chesterfield Mall in Chesterfield, MO.
