Ricky’s Urban Groove operates seven locations in NJ and NY. The cosmetics
stores, featuring health and beauty products, occupy spaces of 2,000 sq.ft. to
4,000 sq.ft. in urban/downtown areas. Plans call for three openings during the
coming 18 months. Expansion will take place throughout New York, NY. Neuhaus
Chocolatier operates 10 locations in CA, FL, IL, NY and TX, with representation
by Robert K. Futterman & Associates. The stores, featuring gourmet chocolates,
occupy spaces of 600 sq.ft. to 1,000 sq.ft. in urban/downtown areas, malls and
tourist and strip centers. Plans call for 10 openings during the coming 18
months. Expansion will take place in CA, CT, GA, FL, IL, MA, MN, NV, NJ, NY, PA
